COVID-19: Our Ten Point Plan

The safety of our passengers and staff remains our number one priority. As a business we have implemented a Ten Point Plan to ensure our terminals remain a safe environment for all.

Measures such as social distancing, mandatory face masks and enhanced cleaning regimes have been introduced. For more information on the plan, click here

 

General Aircraft and Health Declaration Forms

All carriers must complete the Aircraft Declaration of Health for all international flights coming into England confirming the health status of those on board, even where no symptomatic passengers have been identified.

This process will remain under review. The enhanced GAD process outlined below is required for England only.

General Aircraft Declaration template is available to download here.

Any passenger onboard an aircraft arriving from outside the UK must complete a General Declaration Form. The form can easily be submitted online here.

All arriving passengers and crew are required to fill in a declaration up to 48 hours before arrival or on arrival. This form is available here

Crew are exempt but still need to complete the form available here.
